Welcome to Lulu’s Coffee. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, bookings, and related offerings provided by Lulu’s Coffee (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website, submitting an inquiry, or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
These Terms incorporate by reference our Privacy Policy and any other policies or agreements you've shared with you about your booking.
Services
Lulu’s Coffee provides mobile beverage services and related offerings. Specific service details, pricing, packages, and availability are outlined in your invoice, proposal, or booking confirmation.
Bookings & Payments
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Lulu’s Coffee.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. You'll need to pay the remaining balance before service, as outlined in your invoice. Failure to submit payment by the due date may result in cancellation without liability to Lulu’s Coffee.
Prices are subject to applicable taxes and fees. Additional services or changes requested after booking may incur additional charges.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Deposits are non-refundable. Any additional payments may be refunded at our discretion depending on notice provided and preparation costs incurred.
Rescheduling requests are subject to availability. Lulu’s Coffee reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, illness, equipment failure, venue restrictions, or safety concerns. In such cases, prepaid amounts will be refunded or credited.
Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring the service location meets our operational requirements, including access to power, space, and any necessary permissions. Failure to meet these requirements may limit or prevent service delivery without refund.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including logos, designs, text, images, branding, menus, and marketing materials (“Content”), is owned by or licensed to Lulu’s Coffee and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our Content without prior written consent.
User Submissions
If you submit testimonials, photos, videos, reviews, or other content to us, you grant Lulu’s Coffee a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, publish, and display such content for business and marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our website or services in any way that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, harassing, misleading, disruptive, or that interferes with the rights or operations of Lulu’s Coffee or others.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Lulu’s Coffee for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lulu’s Coffee and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our services.
Termination
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate service at our discretion, including for non-payment, unsafe conditions, or violations of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
